With Rework Leave Registration you can easily keep track of your leave online. In this article you'll read how to log in in a few steps and we'll give you an overview of some useful features within the app.
Step 1 - Accept the invitation via email ✉️
You have received an invitation from Rework via email. Click on the link in this email to accept the invitation and create a new account. If you did not receive an invitation, please contact your employer.
Step 2 - Download the mobile app 📱
After you accept the invitation you will be automatically logged in. From now on you can always log in to app.rework.nl with your new login details. With these details you can also log in on your smartphone. To do so, download our handy free app for iPhone or Android.
Step 3 - Get started! 🚀
After you have logged in, you can immediately start arranging your leave administration. The app is super easy to use, but to get you started we've listed a few important features below.
My dashboard: this is your overview page. Here you can see at a glance all your leave balances, your future planned leave, and who will be absent in the coming days. If you want to know how your leave balances are composed, click on "balance details".
Requesting leave is easy: go to your dashboard and click on the blue button with the plus sign in the top right corner to submit a new request. Once your manager has approved the request, you will receive an email and a notification in the mobile app. Your leave balance will also be updated automatically.
Link with your calendar: you can link the Rework calendar with Outlook, Apple Calendar and Google Calendar. Super convenient!
Upload a profile picture: make your account more personal by uploading your own profile picture. That way, your colleagues can recognize you even more easily in the app.
